I guess it should be no surprise that I am a lover of holidays, as they usually encompass two things I love: dressing up and eating delicious food. However, St. Patrick's Day isn't one I tend to go all-out for – since I'm not at all Irish and I don't drink, it doesn't do a whole lot for me. But it does give me an excuse to wear green, so I seized the opportunity to wear this Tatyana skirt (another lucky eBay score!)... even though the fans are a bit more reminiscent of Spain than Ireland.
You might've noticed my growing love for separates as of late. I still love my dresses, but I'm enjoying all the mixing and matching I can do now with my tops and skirts. I especially adore this Jailbird Top from Pinup Girl Clothing – the sleeve length keeps its sexiness from going over-the-top, and I always feel really awesome in it. I'll be a little sad when the weather gets too warm for me to wear it!

I can never get enough of this skirt! I drool over ALL of your skirts (and dresses and tops and bags and pins...), but this one is by far one of my favorites. Looking gorgeous as always!

That's really cute Sammi! I always love your outfits! This one is another classic with a perfect brooch!
ReplyDeleteI love that you have started to love separates. I go through phases - one week I wear all dresses and the next I wear nothing but separates. It's refreshing!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely outfit I adore that skirt but I loveee that brooch!
ReplyDeleteThis skirt is so pretty on you!
ReplyDeleteAhh I didn't know you didn't drink! I don't, either, and sometimes it feels impossible to find others who don't. :) That little pin is adorable and I love the fullness of that skirt.
ReplyDeleteI love the fans print on this skirt! It's so pretty!
ReplyDeleteWaaaaa I tried to buy this skirt last year but they'd sold out in my size!! It looks fab on you. I just looked up 'Soubrette' as I had no idea what it meant.. x
ReplyDeleteCute as an four leaf clover! Perhaps the fans are made of Irish lace and that would help them to be all the more festively appropriate. :)
