I have to be honest: this
might just be my favorite blog post to date. I bought
this Bernie Dexter cherry dress from Unique Vintage a while back, but I'd been waiting for just the right time (and the right accessories) to wear it. When I found my dream shoes on eBay – and finally took the plunge and ordered
this bag from Collectif – I knew I'd have to pair them all together in one cherrytastic ensemble.
This was my first time going cherry-picking, and it was a such a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. You might remember
this poppy-themed post, where we headed to
Hurd Orchards in Holley, NY for the day. They offer all kinds of pick-your-own options throughout the summer, so I knew I wanted to make a return trip for these cherry photos. We picked
way too many cherries (which were absolutely delicious), and despite the humidity, I'm so happy with the way the photos turned out. I'll definitely be planning another visit during peach season – not only are peaches my favorite fruit, but I already have an outfit in mind!

In addition to my peach-picking plan, I'd love to go blueberry and raspberry picking as well, and I'm certainly going to go apple-picking in the fall. Have you done any fruit-picking this season?
Have a marvelous Monday!
