Cutie π

pie dress

I think I've worn this dress more than any other on my blog, and it's not really difficult to understand why.  I waited forever for it to come back in stock, and I don't know if there's a more perfect novelty print than this one.  Since today is Pi Day, I couldn't resist wearing this scrumptious dress for the occasion.  Kate even sent me the sweetest Pi Day package ever, which included this little button (plus 5 others) and another Pi Day brooch (which I didn't wear with these photos but am wearing today)!

You'll notice that it is still incredibly snowy in my backyard... much to my frustration.  There is simply so much snow on the ground that it's taking forever to melt.  The weather is decidedly more springy, which I'm thrilled about, but I'm very impatient and tired of wearing boots for photos.  I can't wait until I can go bare-legged in my ballet flats again!

  3. I absolutely love this dress on you, Sammi! I remember anxiously waiting for it to come back in stock. Sadly, mine is a little too small in the bust, but every time I see you wear it it makes me want to wear mine. You look fantastic, and I know you are over the snow..but it does make for a lovely background. ;)

Also, how cute is that pin!? Kate is so talented.

  8. This dress is just so incredibly cute and perfect to wear on Pi Day! I don't think there could be a more perfect dress for the occasion. Maybe if it had the actual pi symbol on it? I love this dress though and I think that teal cardigan looks great with it.

  10. That pin is such a charmer - aww! Kate's work is so darling, much like this fabulous pie print dress, which I never tire of you sharing and hope you'll continue to many more times. A great novelty print is like a favourite movie, IMO, one can view it 10, 20, etc times and always find a new reason to love it each time.
